Friendly staff and excellent healthy breakfast options.
Unfortunately, the inadequate elevator system was incredibly frustrating, as only one elevator serves all guests across eight floors. On multiple occasions, I waited over ten minutes for the elevator while it was clogged with other guests.

The Super Hotel provided a very friendly and accommodating experience. The location was excellent, only a short walk from various shopping and food areas such as Kuromon Market and Dotonburi. The organic breakfast options were a highlight, ensuring a healthy start to each day. The cleanliness of the rooms, although small, gave a sense of comfort. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated next to Lawson and drug stores, enhancing accessibility.
The room size was quite cramped.

The room was incredibly small, and I repeatedly bumped into furniture, which made it feel even more cramped.

The pillows were super hard, and the room felt way too tiny for us.

The room was super compact, probably the smallest I've seen in Japan. The bed was kinda hard, and if you're tall, your feet might hang off the end! The pillows were harder than I prefer too. But the bonus was the cute communal areas and that they have different pillow options. Great bathroom products and everything was clean, which helped. I liked that we got some free drinks in the evening too!

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market. Our family, including the newborn, enjoyed the good breakfast, especially the organic options. The atmosphere was soothing, making it a great base for exploring Osaka's entertainment vibe.
In my wife’s opinion, the room size was cramped for our family’s needs.
